When I mentioned purchasing a vehicle at a competing dealer that had a better out-the-door price, I was told to go buy with them. How can you expect to sell vehicles if you're treating your customers like that? Awful service.
I leased my car from there, when the lease was almost up, a sales person called me and lied to me just to get me in the dealership again. Once I was there, the offer I was told about did not exist.

Beware if buying out your lease! I was tacked on an extra $1500 in dealer fees which is not in the original lease contract. It is ILLEGAL for dealerships to do this and Mazda of North Miami is doing it for anyone buying out their leases. I will NEVER take my business to Mazda of North Miami again. Shame on you.

I was upset when I was told I would have to wait over 2.5 hrs to get my car serviced even with an appointment. At first the rep that assisted me said there was no other option and there is always a wait even with an appointment. My review is on service department. I normally make the first appointment of the day, and I have always been taken on time and work always completed on time. Two months ago, I had made an appointment for just an oil change. The appointment was at 10 am. When I arrived, I was told that since they were short-staffed, it would take about 2 hours to complete the task. I agreed to move forward with the scheduled service. About 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I was told that although my car needs no repairs other than the prescheduled oil change, because they are down by one mechanic and have 40 appointments on that date, my car would not be ready until approximately 4 o'clock. I got a certified pre-owned car here 2 years ago and get it serviced here, and the experience is always great! Kind sales and service agents, good mechanic work and kind rapport, Complementary car wash when I need (and ask for) it and good inspection to identify any issues that need addressing. Worked with Pierre in new car sales. Super nice and attentive. Although gave us the typical salesman song and dance. Then, Arnold Vargas (sales manger ) came to the rescue. Very dishonest finance department. I got the gap and maintenance plan and decided to cancel them 2 weeks after purchasing the car. The finance guy who handle my cancellation never gave me a copy of the signed form. He was very short with me when I told him I had go to the car to get the policies.
