Of course, to keep your Mazda in the best possible shape, you need to bring it in periodically for routine maintenance. If you’re unsure about when your Mazda needs a checkup, keep reading to find out!

Maintenance Every 7,500 Miles

After your Mazda hits the 7,500-mile-mark on the odometer, it’s time for some basic, routine maintenance. To help you remember these routine appointments, your Mazda CX-30 will display a wrench in the instrument cluster every 7,500 miles, so when you see that, give our service center a call.

At your first visit to Mazda of North Miami, our service technicians will change your engine oil and its filter, which is one of the most important maintenance tasks you can provide for your car. Changing out the engine oil helps with everything from preventing engine damage to improving your car’s efficiency!

We’ll also rotate your Mazda’s tires and inspect its brake pads, and replace them if necessary, at this maintenance appointment.

Maintenance Every 15,000 Miles

Every other scheduled maintenance, our technicians will perform all the tasks at the 7,500-mile maintenance, as well as inspect the following systems on your Mazda:

  • Fuel lines and hoses
  • Suspension components
  • Brake lines and connections
  • Disc brakes and driveshaft boots
  • Steering linkages

And we’ll replace any parts that need replacing. In addition, at this service and at your 30,000-mile service, you’ll want your cabin air filter replaced for easy breathing as you cruise in your Mazda CX-30.

Brakes5

Maintenance Every 45,000 Miles

Every 45,000 miles when you bring your Mazda to our service center, we’ll replace the engine’s air filter to keep it running smoothly, the spark plugs clean, and more. We’ll also change your oil.

120,000 Miles and Beyond

You can keep up with the scheduled maintenance listed above well into the 6-digit mileages in your CX-30, but an aging engine and parts require a little more TLC around the 120,000-mile mark.

At this point, your CX-30 is due for a coolant replacement to remove debris and corrosion that could damage your engine’s cooling system. Our technicians will also take the time to inspect other issues, like deteriorated hoses and belts. Of course, we’ll also change out your oil.
